1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1winbd ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the 1winbd website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services available at https://1winbd.app.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

1winbd reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered. There are no exceptions to this policy.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 1winbd. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering on 1winbd, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1winbd username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 1winbd account.
• Never share your login details with friends, family, or third parties.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact 1winbd support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

1winbd reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 1winbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile banking platforms in Bangladesh. No other payment methods are currently accepted.

The minimum deposit amount on 1winbd is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your 1winbd account balance within minutes of a successful transfer confirmation from your mobile banking provider. 1winbd does not charge any fees on deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile banking account used for your most recent deposit. This same-source withdrawal policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering. Processing times for withdrawals are typically under 24 hours for verified accounts.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified account. Unverified accounts may experience delays.
• 1winbd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 5.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if there is an active investigation into your account.
• 1winbd is not responsible for delays caused by your mobile banking provider.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

1winbd offers a welcome bonus to new players on their first qualifying deposit, as well as ongoing promotions for existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all 1winbd promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period from the date of issue. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Only one bonus can be active on your 1winbd account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• 1winbd reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who open multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once will have all accounts closed and all bonuses forfeited.

If 1winbd has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers — we reserve the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the account.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on 1winbd — including Mines, Tower, Mines Grand, Captain Fisher, 3 Gods Fishing, Caishen Wins, and Go Goal Bingo — operate using certified random number generators (RNG). The RTP (Return to Player) percentages published on each game page are independently verified and accurately reflect the long-term expected return of each game.

By participating in any game on 1winbd, you accept the specific rules of that game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game interface and any other communication, the game interface rules take precedence.

• Game outcomes on 1winbd are determined solely by the certified RNG — no human intervention affects results.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault, 1winbd will restore your account to its pre-round balance.
• 1winbd reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a software fault.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage in any 1winbd game.

If you believe a game result on 1winbd was incorrect, you may raise a dispute with our support team within 30 days of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1winbd platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of 1winbd.
• Opening or operating more than one 1winbd account.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with 1winbd games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the 1winbd platform or its underlying software.
• Using the 1winbd platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such bugs must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 1winbd staff or other players.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

1winbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests made through our Responsible Gaming tools.

If your 1winbd account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, your verified balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9 Responsible Gaming
